About
AccentiFest (the Accenti Magazine International Festival of the Arts) is inspired by the desire to celebrate and give expression to the vitality of the Italian cultural heritage in the world. Building on the success of the two initial festivals – the first held at the Università della Calabria (Rende) in 2023, and the second at the University of PEI in Charlottetown in 2025 – this third edition, at Università degli Studi di Enna “Kore" in Enna, Sicily, will, again, bring together a diverse range of cultural agents (writers, performers, artists, scholars) and the public at large to exchange ideas, forge new relationships, and delight in the arts.
Inhabited continuously since 1200 BCE, Enna is one of Sicily’s most ancient cities. Perched on a hilltop nearly 1000 metres above sea level at the island’s geographic centre, the city is renowned for its mesmerizing vistas, warm hospitality, and walkability. The University of Enna “Kore," founded in 2004, was designed and built in the North American university style, with a sprawling campus and ultra-modern facilities.
We are excited to return to Italy for this third edition of AccentiFest, and we are particularly thrilled to be going to Sicily – one of the most culturally rich and gastronomically renowned regions in the world.
Join us for what promises to be an exhilarating and inspiring experience!
